长期从事治疗性抗体药物开发，拥有16年抗体药物筛选与研究经验，曾任国内知名AI制药公司抗体药物开发总监。以第一作者或共同第一作者在Cell、NAR、PNAS等国际顶级期刊发表论文多篇，共发表学术论文30余篇。已授权专利2项，另有7项专利申请中。参与并负责多个治疗性抗体药物项目，其中1项进入临床阶段，2项进入CMC/IND阶段，2项授权至国际知名医药企业。
